The CrossRoads Assessment Tool is a guided self-reflection pathway from the Cordless Leadership Model. It helps a leader look at how they are showing up at a specific crossroads, rather than measuring who they are permanently.

This page explains the tool only. It keeps CrossRoads connected to the five capacities without publishing the tool itself or asking visitors to submit anything.
